Comprehensive Report Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Comprehensive Report for Your Home money back offer.

1. The application must be completed online using the request form available here.
2. Applications are only eligible once payment is received in full. Payments should be made within 7 days of the date of invoice.
3. Payment covers the cost of and investigation of your property (buildings only). The scope of the investigation will be determined at all times in consultation with the applicant.
4. Any information or advice provided either by the applicant or arising out of the investigation will not be disclosed to any person other than the applicant, except for the purposes authorised by the applicant or when required or authorised by law.
5. Every 10 paid applications qualify for a draw. The winner of the draw will be refunded the cost of the application up to $2,000.00.inc GST All applicants will be notified of the result by letter and the winner reimbursed within 10 working days of the draw.
6. We retain all intellectual property rights to the contents of each investigation and report and the information and advice provided to each applicant.
7. These terms and conditions may be varied from time to time and are subject to change at any time on notice to you.
