The report includes an inspection of both interior and exterior elements of your house to check potential water ingress and damage. These elements may be checked in a number of ways, either physically by way of a thermal imaging camera (non-invasive) or invasive testing.  The type and scope (and any implications) of the test you choose will be discussed with you before any work is carried out on your house.
