This project involved the repair and recladding of a complex two-storey home.

This was originally a monolithic solid plaster cladding dwelling, which was replaced on a cavity system, with Jenkin A-lign bevel-back weatherboards.

As part of the construction process a new asphalt shingle roof was installed. The existing joinery was removed, upgraded, modified and reinstalled.

A waterproof deck was also modified and repaired and a new galvanized, painted steel handrail was installed to enhance the aesthetics of the dwelling.

The inside was completely repainted and re-carpeted. All the bathrooms were repaired, upgraded and modernized as part of the overall job.
