A great end result for everybody

We had issues with our property with a lack of a Code of Compliance Certificate and weathertightness issues.

We engaged a Certified Weathertightness Surveyor – Roy Faris to advise on the remedial work needed and engaged Martin Bamford of Platinum Pacific Reclad to carry out the work. William Hursthouse was the on-site Consultant.

The work involved changing details on windows, decks and ground levels replacing some rotten areas and improving the overall weathertightness.

We were delighted with the end result and got a new Code of Compliance issued by the local authority enabling us to sell the property at its true market value. All work was carried out quickly and in a tradesmanlike manner, with good communication and a great end result for everybody.
